In keeping with the food philosophy at Belle Mont Farm, we gather fresh, aromatic produce from several locations around the island, straight to your table. For the few items we cannot assemble locally, we seek out ethically sourced fare by partnering with specialist suppliers throughout the Caribbean who share our commitment to managing natural resources in a responsible manner. Working closely with our neighboring farmers and expert local foragers, we are able to source nearly all of our restaurants’ provisions directly from our, and surrounding, farms in St. Kitts and Nevis. We strive to bring you the very best of farm-to-table dining in the Caribbean!
